Port of Philadelphia Meeting with Local 929

Teamsters General President Sean M. O'Brien and General Secretary-Treasurer Fred Zuckerman are on the ground with Bill Hamilton, Teamsters Eastern Region International Vice President at the Port of Philadelphia meeting with members of Local 929. They spoke with New Jersey-based warehouse workers at Holt Logistics about the critical work they do and their important role not just in Local 929 but for the entire Teamsters Union.

"If it weren't for all of you, the Port of Philadelphia could not and would not function. The region's economy would grind to a halt without your determination and commitment," O' Brien said. "With the leadership of Local 929 President Rocky Bryan Jr., we're going to keep fighting for the better pay and working conditions you deserve."
